Beth Am Temple will hold a Tu B’Shevat themed Seder as part of its Shabbat service on Saturday, January 26 at 10:15 am. The Seder will include traditional Tu B’Shevat dishes along with bagels and noshs. During the Seder the meaning of the various fruits and nuts will be served and their connection to Israel will be explained.

Tu B’Shevat or “the New Year of the Trees” is considered the Jewish Arbor Day. It is commemorated with tree planting in Israel.

The service and Seder are open and free to the public. RSVPs are suggested to office@bethamtemple.org but not required. The family friendly morning program will end by 11:30 am.
