On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, the Jewish Federation of Rockland County will take part in a call to action that will change the calendar and help make philanthropic history.
 

Federation is celebrating a day dedicated to giving, when people all over the globe will come together for #GivingTuesday - a movement to celebrate giving that kicks off the holiday gift-giving season.

Last year, more than 10,000 organizations in 46 countries came together to celebrate #GivingTuesday. Your donation can help make this year's event even more successful. All donations made to the Jewish Federation of Rockland County as part of #GivingTuesday will be matched by a generous donor, up to $2,500.

Your donation will enable us to continue our sacred work.  One Jew caring about another is what we're all about. We rescue when there are Jews in need because we are one people, one community. And we strengthen our local Jewish community so Rockland remains a strong, pluralistic and diverse place for years to come.
