The Jewish Federation & Foundation of Rockland County offers curriculum set by the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning as well a number of individual classes led by our expert Midreshet Rockland educators, in the Federation wing of the Rockland Jewish Community Campus.

The Melton Core Curriculum is a comprehensive series of text-based lessons, studied over two years. We offer the Melton Scholars Curriculum as well, which focuses on a deeper examination of selected Jewish texts, from the Biblical to the modern. For more information on the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning, click here.

Building upon on the Melton curriculum, we offer our Midreshet Rockland classes, taught by expert Jewish educators on a wide variety of subjects. While these “graduate” classes are designed for those who have some basic Jewish education, they are open to everyone and are offered year-round.
